Building model airplanes since age 11. I never had the opportunity to fly F5B in competition untill I started with F5F at the end of the 2007 flying season. Using a second hand Ariane V10 on 10 Sub C cells running a Hacker B50-6S for a personal best of 33 legs.
Entered the F5B class in 2008 flying Surprise S11+ on 5S 3850mah 25C Thunder Power and various Neu motors. Improved on the flying and hit a high with 41 legs. Most time was spend testing various setups and develloping some sort of flying style. But onlike most others, testing was often still done on the competition day.
Went to the 2008 WC in Kiev as a single person team for the Netherlands (my home country) and managed a fairly consistant 40/39 legs in very bad conditions. Only 3 official rounds where flown in 8 days due to the bad weather. Michel Uzan of France hinted of a WC title in my future, so we will see what happens when i get enough money together to be competative.
Since my best score has improved to 46 legs. Unfortionately my brand new B08 crashed due empty RX pack before it could be used in competition in the 2010 season. This year i have been working on moulding my own planes and hopefully will improve on my personal best at the next UK competition flying a brand new B09.5 with special Hacker drive.

P.s. i do the big George mod for a small fee.
